Last updated April 27, 2025

I am committed to delivering high-quality and personalised care. To ensure clarity and professionalism in our working relationship, please review the following terms regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

BOOKING

  1. Appointments must be booked in advance via the designated online booking system or email.

  2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  3. To ensure you get the most out of your consultation and enjoy the full therapeutic experience, please arrive on time. If you’re running late by up to 15 minutes, I'll need to shorten your session a little to stay on schedule. If it’s more than 15 minutes, we’ll need to reschedule for another time that works better.

  4. Inform me of any changes in your medication or medical history, both prior to and after your consultation.

  5. To ensure safe and effective care: Your herbal medicine and wellness recommendations are unique to you and not reusable for other clients/individuals.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  1. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly send an email to info@herbsandwellnessfarmacy.co.uk  up to 24 hours before your booking. This can help us to find an alternative time that works best for you and allows other clients to book in.

  2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the payment will be non-refundable, with the remaining amount refunded or credited, as it won’t be possible to fill the slot on short notice.

  3. Missed appointments: No refund will be given, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.

Note: Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or serious illness, at the discretion of the practitioner.

Thank you for understanding and helping to keep clinic bookings running smoothly. 🌿
